I took a video of my gril friend on my iphone 5 and accidentally deleted it. Is there any way to get it back? Once I should be backup the iphone video to iTunes, before I deleted the video I have downloaded something,I synchronizated iPhone to the computer(iTunes) . Then you should back up on. The problem is that after I sync again. I do not know if I can find whte my video are gone. The problem is how to restore iphone video?
